Keo’vonne Wilson


Keo’vonne Wilson moved to Phoenix, Arizona from Seoul, South Korea to attend law school. Prior to attending law school Ms. Wilson worked as a legal assistant in a bankruptcy law firm, a model and actress in New York City, and as a teacher in South Korea. 

These diverse careers instilled in Ms. Wilson professionalism, drive and a sense of humor. Ms. Wilson is committed to providing efficient and effective preventive counsel to every client. She is both advocate and ally. 

Ms.Wilson is a certified mediator at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in the Civil Litigation Division. She also volunteers at Wills for Heroes, a program that provides wills to first responders, military, firefighters and police officers. 

She also gives her time as a volunteer with the Maricopa Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyers Program where she assists low income Arizonans with guardianship rights and provides free estate planning assistance to low income individuals with AIDS/HIV.

Keo’vonne grew up in Miami, Florida and received her B.S. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. She enjoys backpacking to destinations off the beaten path, reading historical fiction and hiking. She is a PADI Certified Scuba Diver and enjoys weight lifting and dancing.

Lezlie Borden-Sistrunk, JD

Legal Clerk

Lezlie Borden-Sistrunk is a Juris Doctor graduate from Arizona Summit Law School of Law in Phoenix, Arizona. She has a BS from Arizona State University in Political Science. She is currently enrolled in the Masters of Law program at Arizona State University. Born in New Orleans and raised in LA, Lezlie relocated to Phoenix in 2007. She worked as a licensed insurance agent for Progressive Insurance and Casualty Company for seven years before starting law school in the fall of 2014. Lezlie was the President of the Willrich-Patterson Chapter of the Black Law Student Association at Summit Law School. Upon graduation, she received Arizona Summit Law School’s “Serving the Underserved Award,” which is presented annually to a student who embodies the mission of Arizona Summit Law School in serving 

individuals and entities that have historically been underserved by the legal profession. Lezlie is also a member of the Maricopa Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Lezlie served as a Student Ambassador, and a teaching assistant at Summit Law School for Contracts. Additionally, Lezlie completed 700 hours of pro bono work in the Arizona Summit Law School Clinic at the Maricopa County Homeless Shelter, and Domestic Violence Shelters in the Phoenix area, assisting clients with a variety of issues. She is married to Timothy Sistrunk and has two daughters.

Lezlie enjoys swimming, reading and working with the underserved in the Phoenix area.
